Today's the day! (2 strand twists are in)

Today is the day.  My loctician started out my locs with a head full of 2 strand twists.  I love the way that they look.  This is where the journey begins.  I know, I will have to be patient with my hair and myself as I go through this process.  Tomorrow is day one of the "lose it" portion.  I am going to start with a short exercise as I am not in shape at the moment - 10 minutes on the treadmill doing the "fat burn" module.  Below are a few pics from my time in the shop and the finished product.
